The villa was amazing and very clean and comfortable. The resort is beautiful and very tidy and the staff were so pleasant and accommodating and went out of their way to make our experience great!

I really can’t fault this property. We arrived late after a flight delay and were still warmly welcomed at around 3am. Breakfast was included and was great having an option of in-room or at restaurant service. The included breakfast is generous and was of a high standard throughout the stay. We dined at the restaurant for dinner one evening and it was like fine dining, delicious! I also appreciated the daily replenishment of soft drinks/water in the mini fridge and nuts/cookies. The villa itself was lovely, plenty of room inside and out - the ensuite was huge, and the room included a huge king bed (that can be separated into two singles as we requested) and a daybed. Having a private pool makes a huge difference. Our stay also included spa treatments/massages at the on-site Spa Air. All interactions with staff were good, they were very friendly and accommodating, always with a smile. Villa Air is great value for money, and not far from anything needed in Seminyak - we walked everywhere. Great place to stay!
