The customer service was outstanding with the staff always going out of their way to assist. In particular the breakfast staff, special mention to Trisna for looking after us so well. The infinity pool and gardens were beautiful and the location was ideal near local restaurants and bars. We loved our stay.

I loved everything about the resort including: the beautiful landscaped grounds, the elegant Balinese-inspired rooms, the pools, the restaurants, the food, the cultural offerings, the ambience, the absolute beach front location, the close proximy to shops and the AMAZING staff.
