Guest must use a credit card which would directly be charged or pre-authorized during booking. Guests are also required to present the same credit card used upon reservation for verification upon check-in. Failure to produce the credit card may cause the reservation to be cancelled without refund.Debit cards or cards that have debit and credit card functions must not be used.If the guest who made the booking is not the same as the guest who will check in, hotel will email guests a billing authorization form. Third stay at The Haven, we always like the Premium Pool Suites. Huge rooms with a bedroom and ensuite on each side of the lounge and kitchen. Great breakfast and afternoon tea included with the room. Back entrance leads onto Double Six Street with plenty of good shopping, places to eat and an easy 5 minute walk to the beach.

The gardens, pool and staff were amazing! The rooms however are very tired, the shower/ bath leaked both in the bathroom towards the toilet and into the bedroom. The water took along time to drain so you were standing in it the whole shower- and for a long time after. We had 2 room apartment but there were no utensils, pots pans or plate, so essentially it was just 2 bedrooms and a lounge.
