Villas were next to none. Wish we stayed longer. Lovely restaurants, atmosphere, and felt high quality and luxurious. Exactly what we wanted! We left a toothbrush and the butler service organised it to be sent to our next location… very impressive attention to customer service quality

Fantastic hotel, the location was perfect and the amenities were outstanding! The BEST buffet breakfast I had in Bali! Rooms were nicely laid out and the comfort level was great!

The hotel is perfect in everything. The staff are very welcoming and super polite and make you feel special . I came to celebrate my birthday and the receptionist upgraded my room to a suite ! Even I found a birthday cake in the room . These special touches are highly appreciated cause are not expected . I would recommend this hotel to everyone. I have been before to this hotel and I will return again . The breakfast and dinner were exceptional Dr Andreas Skarpari’s
