Everything. Staff were extremely friendly and received some of the best service of any other hotel have stayed in, location is great, pool,food restaurants spot on and the room was lovely

Excellent value for money , a great location ( although the southern end of seminyak) , staff were all very helpful ( they changed money large notes for smaller notes for the drivers, extra towels , board games, etc) , there was plenty of bottled water in the rooms and ordering extra was no problem. The beach outside the hotel was very clean and no rubbish ( although the beach either side had alot of rubbish/debris - which was not the responsibility of the hotel)

Staff were very friendly and attentive. Poolside cocktails were great! When we had a noise complaint the quickly found us a room that was slightly less noisy.
