Exceptional customer service. Flexible checkout, we were allowed to check out at 2pm. Villa with pool was great. Big rooms. Comfortable bed. Love that filtered water was available in the room. Small kitchenette and other kitchen amenities if you want to cook. We did not get any traffic noise at all. Was away from that. Close to shops and restaurants. Walking distance.

I am so glad that i changed my booking to a Pool Villa. I loved it. Especially as all meals are served in your Villa. The in room massage was great and the Spa treatment I booked was great as well.

Great space! Villa was a great size and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! The location was the best bit! Seminyak shopping, restaurants & bars only metres away (but did not ever feel disturbed by the noice of traffic or people) There was also a 24hr store right next to the property for basic goods.
