The staff was very nice and attentive. They sent me information such as where to put the keys and parking location two days before check-in. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness.

Overall, the amenities, service, and everything inside the house were excellent—better than most 4-star hotels. However, when booking a place to stay, comfort for sleeping is key. While I have no doubt that the service and facilities were great, the bed is one of the most important aspects, even more so than other things like the toilet. Unfortunately, we found the bed to be too hard and flat, which gave us back aches the next morning. It's definitely something to consider for improvement. That being said, this is still the best homestay I've stayed in, and it's great value for money. The host was very responsive and even arranged to post our belongings after we accidentally left them behind. I really appreciated the overall service, and if the bed quality improves, it would easily be a 5-star homestay.
