EVERYTHING! The house is absolutely amazing - beautifully decorated, beautiful scenery, comfortable bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, wonderful host, and just a short drive to Goodwood.

A lovely house for a group or large family with en suites for every bedroom (the owners run a mattress company so the beds are super comfy). Good comms from the owner throughout. Lots of parking and path direct from the garden to a shingle beach. Good size kitchen table for shared meals. Dog friendly and two downstairs bedrooms, great for any guests who are not so mobile. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Plenty of space, clean and well equipped. Even had two wine fridges. There is a short private path to the estuary with loads of bird life. You feel right out in the wild, but there is a supermarket just 5 mins away.

Very spacious, en-suites in every bedroom.Good location with access to the beach. Good facilities for children.
