Location was great, easy access to the beach. Every room had air conditioning which was great due to it been extremely hot weather.

Well designed to accommodate children and adults ; comfortable ; good BBQ, patio and outdoor area with lawn; great to have two TV lounges; well equipped with kitchen and basic pantry gear ; while beach access required a car trip ( or a longish walk and stairway not suitable for the mobility challenged) it was easy to get to the Sellicks ramp. Very pleasant and responsive host.
