The outside of the house was very nice with stunning sea views. Be prepared for a really strong Meltemi wind, which occured on 5 out of 7 days. The pool is very small and there was quite a lot of chlorine in it, so we did not really use it much. The villas have a good amount of privacy (walls and greenery separating the villas from each other). The house is very basic on the inside, the furniture is cheap and a bit old, but all was clean and sufficient for a comfortable holiday. What you pay for are the views and the location near Plakias and good beaches around. I would reccomend visiting Souda beach, which is so very nice, with a crystal clear water and good beach service and also Merastri Taverna in nearby Sellia village, a family run restaurant with local production, great service and beatiful atmosphere. We ate there almost every night.
