Beautiful new villa with lovely views. Super clean and tidy and very nice design with high ceillings. The location is great, lovely beaches around and a good spot to explore Rethymno. The villa is very well equipped. A great host, very willing to help and give recommendations

We’ve stopped in 2 of these villas now and they were both outstanding. They are well appointed and exceptionally clean. The sea and mountain views are just magnificent. Highly recommended.

I am traveling a lot, both for business and pleasure. This is on of the best accommodations I have seen so far. Great architecture give you full privacy. At the same time you are not alone “in the wild”. Lots of usable and well furnished space. This place provides the full package: comply, absolutely clean, stunning views, just above one of the most beautiful beaches and close to charming. Image with lots of great places to enjoy traditional food… On top of all, this property is managed and maintained directly be the owners: an exceptionally enthusiastic couple who are genuinely enthusiastic about their place and deeply care that their guests enjoy their time at Metatulia. Whatever you need, just tell them (personally, via phone or WhatsApp) and they take care of it immediately. In a 5-Star Hotel this would be called concierge service! These hosts provide this level of service without any fuss. Obviously, they care!
