Small simple motel arrangement, as reflected in the good pricing, with just about enough parking space for one vehicle per room. Welcoming and friendly proprietor. Room was fairly spacious, clean & comfortable with a chair and a desk. Good shower. Location - Seligman is a small place but a 'must stop' on the Route 66 road trip and all the attractions are within short walking distance from the motel

Very nice and kind lady at the reception. Clean rooms. Very good value for the money. Everything is a bit dated but is part of the charm. You can get 10% discount on your breakfast if you ask where to go!
