The location is excellent—within walking distance of the main sights in Selçuk and just a 10-minute drive to Ephesus. The highlight of our stay was the outstanding service. Harry and Ataturk were fantastic hosts—warm, attentive, and full of helpful recommendations that truly enhanced our experience. The room was comfortable, with a well-functioning AC, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. Breakfast was a lovely traditional Turkish spread, and the rooftop is beautiful, offering stunning views of the area. We highly recommend Anz Guest House. We had a wonderful time and are truly grateful to everyone there for making our stay so memorable.

Well thought out guesthouse from the welcome bell at the gate you enter through, then being greeted by Harry (English is one of his languages) right through to the upstairs terrace & breakfast. Well signposted so it is easy to find.
