Quinta da Cumieira Nova is one of those places that will stay forever in our memories. We had such an AMAZING time at this place. It's isolated and the access is through a short distance dirty road. The surrounding area is magnifique. The dog was so happy to have the beautiful grass garden to run around, plus the surrounding plantation area is fenced so once the gate is shut, it should be secure for the dog. Bear in mind if your dog is an escape artist, better to keep it on the lead because the area is huge and one won't be able to cope following the dog around. Our dog stayed around the house and we walked around the property and surrounding area many times. The breakfast is included and honestly is one of the best part of the stay. The variety of local produces were amazing. Also their own blueberry jam is to die for. Beds were very comfy. Wood for the fireplace were provided free of charge. The kitchen is complete with everything one needs. The "social" area in the house is mainly the kitchen. There's a sofa in the entrance hall but the idea is to enjoy the garden, which we did, despite some very strong winds. Communication with the hosts were excellent and they were always around available to help with anything we might need. Since it's an isolated area, nearby shopping/supermarket is around 15-20 min driving. I wish I had a few more days at this place and certainly it's in my list of places to return.

The house is just super! Not only the location (in the middle of the blueberriesfield) but everything is very new and cosy. Beds were fantastic; we slept so good! Tiago is a fantastic host and the breakfast (which is included) was very good. If you love the countryside, want to relax and have a superview: don´t hesitate.

The owners were very responsive, the kindest people ever and made our stay much easier. The house was just the cutest thing ever with a very pleasant garden right in the middle of a blueberry farm. Loved all the details.
