The staff member at the front desk was delightful to deal with, understated but friendly and thoughtful in the ways she assisted us. I hit a small problem with a parking fine (my fault), but the receptionist was helpful and friendly in her manner of helping me resolve it.

Location, Ambience and attentive staff. Great Breakfast at 10Eur. Called taxis for us. Also facilitated a room change cheerfully because of wife’s disability.
