Very clean house that offers anything that you need! Arrival went without problems - communication with owner is flawless (helps with small necessities, and prepared an big and rich welcome table upon our arrival (couldnt finish the snacks even with 10 people) - pool area is amazing with enough spots for lunch and dinner outside. BBQ spot with firefood directly next to it. Kitchen(s) equipped to cook with everything you might need to make even make elaborate dinners. View from the 5 or 6(!) balconies exceptional! Small shop to buy groceries (and beer) in walking distance (2 minutes) - LIDL and Kaufland accesible by car in about 10 minutes in Trogir. Lovely beaches also reachable by foot in 5 minutes - you need to be however a bit early to get a good spot in the shade, but many beaches are also in driving distance (approx. 10-20 minutes). Perfect for a trip for up to 12 people & up to 4 cars - there is enough space in the house! Trogir can be reached by car in about 10 minutes (go to parking spot T1) and offers a nice restaurants and a lovely atmosphere for evening walks. Arrival by car is recommended (but not needed) as it also offers more flexibility.

The location was excellent. A lovely quiet road. Very peaceful and beautiful views from the balconies. There are restaurants nearby and a local shop for essentials although you would need a car to get to a bigger supermarket. There are lovely beaches within walking distance where you can do water-sports and also have lunch/dinner at the cafes/restaurants. The water quality is fantastic - clean and clear water. I would recommend rock shoes as there are some sea urchins and also generally for grip when entering the water. The villa itself is amazing - spotless on arrival and extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool and outdoor area is stunning and very well maintained with an outdoor shower and BBQ and lovely sun-loungers. We had lots of meals outside as the table was large enough for the 12 of us. The host, Nasja is extremely kind and helpful and was always available to offer help and advice. She replies to messages very quickly. She really made our stay easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this villa for family/group holidays. The rooms are spacious and there is plenty of privacy for example the upstairs balcony is large with a lovely seating area so you can sit out there and have some time alone!
