The fine print
During the ski season the hot tub and sauna are included in the price. During the summer season this needs to be requested separately to us and is charged upon arrival.Private parking is limited to a maximum of 3 cars. Vehicles must park on the driveway, street parking is not allowed.We are in a quiet location and we also live on the ground floor of the chalet, parties and loud music are not allowed. We ask our guests to try to keep the noise down after 9pm.

The property is amazing, great for a motorcycle trip with a group of friends. Very close to some fantastic roads and ski resorts.

Delightful hosts on site but very discrete. Very well appointed Chalet. Great to cook there as we are quite foodie people. Two fridges made life very easy.

Stu is an extremely welcoming and helpful host. He would give us a lift to and from the funicular every morning and afternoon we would need it, so reaching les arcs was very easy. The house is very spacious and clean. It offers a really big and well-stocked kitchen and a nice dining and living area. The bedrooms are cozy and the beds are very comfortable. There is a sauna big enough for about 4 people and we could fit all 9 of us into the outdoor jacuzzi. Both were perfect to relax after a day on the slopes. All in all it was a perfect accommodation for our skiing trip. We would love to come back and can highly recommend a stay here.
