A nice villa located within walking distance to the beach in one direction and a Rewe supermarket in the other. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area. The handover of the keys was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment appeared much smaller in person than it did in the advertised photos. However, the balcony was impressively spacious and provided several relaxing hours in the morning sun. We especially appreciated the private parking area behind the villa.
