The project is scheduled to be completed on or before Saturday, March 14, 2026.This project will have heavy equipment, dump trucks, asphalt equipment, and several workers on foot in the construction areas. The operations of this project will produce loud noise, dust, and debris for the duration of the project. The cottages and parking for the cottages will not be impacted.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The beds were genuinely comfortable, including the pull-out couch, and towels and extra pillows were plentiful. Parking right outside the unit was a real convenience. The location sits a little outside Sedona proper, which actually worked in our favour — quieter, less crowded, and surrounded by beautiful scenery.

Lovely small house in an overall lovely setting. Clean, comfortable, well furnished and well equipped mini home. Bed was very comfortable, neighbourhood feeling was very nice amid trees, fountains and other greenery

The facility is a one bedroom cottage, and it is possible to make meals, but I don’t have time to cook food. The microwave oven is good for heating breakfast I bought.
