Really great place to say just outside of Sedona. I would definitely stay here again. Any problems I had were quickly rectified. The only disappointing thing was that the pool was out of order and was only told that after booking. I feel this should be included in the description.

I believe that the reception staff needs to improve their customer service skills. They are not existent at the moment and you will be met by rude and inefficient people who don't seem to understand their jobs. At the time of a check in we have been told that we need to collect a parking pass from the concierge next door. The aforementioned concierge resides in the room next door however while he was on the phone the entire time we were there and check in staff didn't bother to walk 6 feet to collect our parking pass and hand it over to us. Twice we went to the reception hoping to collect this with no luck. Why has this not been prepared beforehand? I don't understand why this has not been left with the receptionists ready for our arrival? And why did the male receptionist feel the need to school me how many peoples' jobs the concierge was doing while he was doing absolutely nothing and could have helped the queue of guests trying to reach the concierge? Sadly this was not the experience I was expecting. Definitely not coming back! The cottage is nice but very outdated.

Overall great space the cottage has everything you might need well equipped kitchen, hot tub was great, the pool was shut for maintenance but we were given access to sister hotel 10mins up the road We were not driving on this trip and found it very difficult to get in and out of the resort, so car is essential here or you will expect to pay $100 daily for uber and Lyft We will certainly be back on our next trip to Sedona with a car.. and a longer stay The fitness center wasn’t bad.. but real room for improvement there

Really liked being able to stay in our own cottage and having our own kitchen facilities. Quiet location. Nice to have access to a swimming pool too. The resort was more reasonably priced than hotels centrally located and at a reasonable distance from a number of the hiking trails.

A really excellent self catering cabin. Very comfortable with everything you need. Helpful staff. Set in a really well cared for resort close to the stunning scenery around Sedona. The Red Rocks State Park is a short drive away.

Having a kitchen, dining & living area. Easy parking. Patio area. Nice hot tub. Lovely area for stargazing. Many excellent hikes nearby!
