After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding the guests stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guest will receive more details from the property management prior to arrival. Please note, the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There's no elevator, room service, or cable. We've provided a Chromecast for streaming.Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on-demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Check in was straight forward with the app. Staff were available to help with bags as they have a dumb waiter style elevator (no people elevators). Room was clean and quiet with adequate facilities and help yourself cabinets in the hall (tea, coffee, toilet paper, water etc). WiFi was good and stable.

Efficient compact room in the heart of Capitol Hill. Luggage storage was easy and allowed us to continue exploring the city. Very helpful staff.
