We do not take payment over the phone, all transactions must take place in person. We do not take a 3rd party payment. -Guests travel at their own risk. Please note that reservations may be canceled if a guest seems to be sick with COVID-19 symptoms and/or refuses to take a diagnosing test when asked by our staff, or tests positive. - Different rates and payment/cancellation policies apply to a group booking for 8 people. Please contact the hostel directly. Groups that doesn't comply to the group policy or are not communicable may be subjected to be cancelled. -Unfortunately, due to the age, historic nature, and limitations of our building, there is no accessible route or powered lift onsite. -Pets or emotional support animals are not allowed.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
