I liked the way the receptionist, Halaqu, received me and made me feel welcome. I was a bit early. But the hotel accepted my request and checked me in before the designated time.

The check in and out process was smooth and quick. I had clear information provided ahead of time. The location is very central which can be good depending on what you're looking for. Ear plugs were provided (lol?) But I didn't have any issues with noise. The staff for the cafe and the restaurant were excellent, friendly and engaging. The coffee at the café was amazing and my whole family were impressed by it. The rooms were comfortable and clean.
