Hotel is very clean and quiet place. Staff are have prompt service when ask to provide towels replacements. Location is walkable to main attractions. They have cafe and bar restaurant. We tried the bar resto on the night of Christmas - their food and drinks are above our taste expectations. As to staff service, Recep staff are very helpful, special thank to Mr. Israel for the super kind gesture - help us process smooth room accomodation, payment, and hel us bring some luggage down to the lift area and providing towels replacements as well. What i like most in our room is that there is fridge and coffee maker too. There is bag storage to keep luggages - our case have to store luggages for few days due days trip to Vancouver and got 2nd booking upon return anyway. Definitely will return to this hotel for the 3rd time.

From the staff to the accommodation and the location, all was exceptional. The hotelier Israel was amazing 👏. I will definitely be staying at the same hotel the next time im in Seattle🙏

The property staff were extremely kind, allowing me to check in early for no charge as the room was free and also explaining nice attractions i could visit in the neighbouring areas
