The location was good. Easy access to downtown Seattle. Room was really clean and inviting. Bed was comfortable. The pillows were a bit hard and lumpy. Overall, a good hotel.

Nice room and very comfortable bed and pillows. Clean and in a good location for me - not far from light rail or mono rail- just a few short blocks to walk. Seattle has a lot of hills so be prepared for that. We didn't have Meals there as there were so many places nearby. The air con worked well although a bit noisy. There was an issue with the elevators when we were there, but they came up with an alternative and the staff were very helpful in executing that plan to use the service elevator. thanks for that.

Incredible customer service, we were accommodated for an early check-in after disembarking from an Alaska cruise. The room was spacious, extremely clean, comfortable bed and with all amenities to make an exceptional stay. The location was perfect - walking distance to the cruise port, piers and the Pike Place Market. The restaurant in the hotel served a great breakfast.
