The staff is outstanding. They are warm, helpful, and sincere in their interactions. The lobby, restaurant and bar are fun and comfortable, the check-in high tech and seamless. The location is perfect if you plan to explore the Pioneer Square neighborhood, or arrive/depart via ferry. But the area is little seedy, which is uncomfortable, especially at night.

Staff were extremely helpful with me and everyone else that I observed The room had blackout blinds, fantastic, no crappy curtain gaps Bed comfortable and firmer and softer pillow options, an hotel that gets it, plus plus plus (and I know I’m fussy)

Arrived around late breakfast time, knowing we may have to leave our luggage due to the room probably not being ready...what a fantastic surprise to be told the room was ready for us. Great room, comfy bed. Perfect location on the wharf. Easy walking distance to all the 'tourist' spots. Highly recommend, plus excellent staff who were very helpful.
