Fabulous accommodation, great pub, lovely food and the staff were brilliant. Couldn’t fault anything. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely location in the country, near amazing viaduct. Unspoilt little town. Hotel incredible, rooms themed, we were in pheasant, homely related ornaments. Very clean, comfy beds, great ensuite. Fab beer garden to relax, eat in. 5 star evening meal and loads of choices for cooked breakfasts. Finally , the staff - very friendly and incredibly helpful. Our car brokedown and we were accepting we'd be missing all planned events we were travelling for. However hotel staff sorted everything out for us going well above and beyond to help us and everything was sorted quickly and without drama. Thank you We'll be back (sorry!) and can't recommend enough. Great value for money too, B and B and plenty of adjacent free parking

The hotel is an excellent location for catching a musical at Windmill Theatre and a visit to Burghley House. The themed decor is delightful. I enjoyed the lunch very much. Also I enjoyed the bathtub!
