The staff were great, the shuttle was perfect, and came immediately when we called at midnight, and early lunch in the restaurant was good. The heater/air conditioner worked very well, but the bright green flashing light all night on the plug on the electrical outlet was a bit annoying.

I needed a place to rest for my eight hour layover. I really looked at price and location to Seatac departures as my criteria. I also looked at previous comments. I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort and value. The bed and bathroom were top notch. My Ethiopian driver in the morning was pleasant and efficient.
