Really lovely clean and freshly decorated house in good taste. Everything is pretty new and works with a great kitchen and utility room which we used. Very pleasant small garden at the back and we love Gosforth - has enough pubs and places to eat and is well located for sea or hills. For EV drivers there is charging at the Kellbank very nearby. Thoroughly recommend Wainwright cottage and we will be back.
