The fine print
The property will contact you to fill out their guest contract and ID verification. Guests are required to return a signed copy of this agreement along with a copy of their photo identification in order to receive check-in instructions, which will be delivered 72 hours before your stay. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in and must be staying at the property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Loved the place. It is a beautiful home with lovely decks. The location is good, but traffic on 30A is awful - esp during spring break - so warning to all if you are looking to go to various beaches ike Seaside then expect it to take 30 mins or more. Unfortunately no one can change the traffic situation. I preferred to stay in our area and the Rosemary Beach area which were far less crowded so this was less of an issue. Note that most all beaches are now private so access is limited to certain areas. The house has access to the beach almost directly across from the house. It is lovely - just be careful crossing 30A especially at night (if watching the sunset on the beach) as there are not a lot of lights on the roadway. The add on service was really nice and the recommendations provided by our host were great. The hosts were very responsive to our questions.
