Self Check-in & Reception:This cottage has a self check-in system (we do not have a reception). For security reasons, guests must check-in online to receive self-check in access information.Immediately after booking you will be sent an checkin link to:- Confirm your identity & contact details.
- Pre-authorise your damage deposit payment.
- Read & sign our rental agreement.Once this is completed, our booking system will automatically share check in details with on the day of your arrival. Don't worry - it's very simple and can be completed on your smartphone in less than 5 minutes.
----Online Security Checkin:Guests are required to share a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Both will be collected via an online checkin link, which must be completed before 4pm on the day of arrival.

For this reason it starts at 5pm and cannot be altered.Family friendly: Children are not permitted to access our 'full spa session' due to safety concerns relating to the wood-fire.

-----Separate Beds & Linen:1 bed will be prepared for bookings of 1-2 guests.
2 beds will be prepared for booking of 3-4 guests.

We have had such a wonderful stay here at Sawcliffe .We have enjoyed roasting marshmallows in the fire pit, relaxing and admiring the beautiful surroundings whilst spotting different wildlife, We made use of the BBQ facilities which we thoroughly enjoyed and the local cat (pocket tiger) even came to sit with us during it. We booked a twilight spa session, which was sublime. We slept so well after it. Em was really helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The staff on site were always friendly and welcoming. I could go on and on, but we are already booking to come back. Just fabulous!

Really beautiful property in a lovely location. We visited Hare cottage as a last minute night out and couldn't believe how beautiful it was. Checking in was easy - we were sent a text with the code for the conveniently placed lock box and let ourselves in. Inside we found a fully fitted family kitchen, large living room and three bedrooms. This is the perfect family getaway or party house. Outside there are plenty of places to relax and enjoy the beautiful country setting. If you're a nature lover, it's the perfect place to relax. We were surrounded by nature, including a deer that popped by and galloped through the adjacent pasture. Everything was spotless and Emily was always on hand via text asking if we needed anything else to make our stay any better. Really enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back.

This is a lovely rural cottage with great views. The interior has many fabulous touches that show the that the owners have thought about their guests. Everywhere was clean and welcoming. It was wonderful to sit out in the evening with a glass of something in the peace and quiet of the Lincolnshire countryside. Check in / check out was simple and the communications from Emily were fantastic. We look forwards to returning for a longer stay!
