The living area was ok in the van, Size wise. Enough space to relax. Sofa clean, comfy enough, and tv worked well. Site itself was fine, location not to bad 30mins walk to hemsby, (note, coastal path closed due to erosion of cliffs). Bus stop very close which is helpful. Good fish n chips from beach road shop and bakery 2 mins walk. Site had entertainment and arcades, pool also looked popular. Site 6.5/10

The static caravan was great, It had all the required facilities and was in an excellent location. The caravan is located on a Park Dean resort site and is a great location for family holidays. The staff at this site really friendly and helpful. The shop on site is well stocked and not too pricy. There are great laundry facilities and lots of activities for kids. The beach is literally a 5 minute walk from the static caravan and there are pubs to visit within walking distance if u fancy a meal out. I have been to 3 Park Dean sites and this was by far the best. We had a really great time and I would thoroughly recommend this property.
