The hotel is clean, room was clean, fresh and ready on time. The music was too loud, it was festive because of Easter but the volume hurt the ears, the external singer barely turned down the volume and was way too loud and they were videoing people without permission. The children at the pool area were not managed well by the hotel staff nor their parents, it was like it was a kids pool party on top by the hotel, and the second pool was out of order with chemical maintenance which left adults no pool area. The bar area was busy and unkept, glasses and bottles not removed timeously. The wedding at the conference area also played loud music till late which was not ideal as well. The staff, food and room/bed was comfortable.

What you see on pictures is what you get. Reception is always a call away for all your needs. The food! Not just the breakfast but also dinner (But it’s on the pricey side)

My love and I celebrated our anniversary there these past few days. It was the most lovely day. The stuff was most welcoming and kind. They even warm your coffee for you before you even ask🥹🤭.
