Overwhelming beauty and comfort, fairy tale villa in wonderful valley. The place exceeds expectations, it is complex of few houses with separate house with sauna close to outdoor pool with marvelous view on valley. We were super lucky to be alone in this perfect place. Our house has 2 levels, with dining room and living room plus WC at first and 2 bedrooms plus WC and laundry room at second level. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There is outdoor equipment as table, chairs and a bench, as well as sunbeds. It was cool to eat outside under trees surrounded by roses and enjoy beautiful scenery. The beds are super comfortable, WiFi is super fast. There is washing machine and also clothes dryer - very convenient. You need a car to move around, but Florence is reachable also via public transportation (train), the 2 stations are several minutes away by car. We felt like we were guests at our relatives. If it would be possible, I would rate this property as 20 instead of 10.

Magnificent location with good view in nice vineyards. Easy to reach. Comfortable, spacious and very clean rooms. Well equipped kitchen. Bathroom OK. Nice and very clean pool and sauna. Very helpful owner, providing clear and full instructions and support. We definitely recommend to visit.

Very nice surroundings and good communication with the hosts. Apartment is spacious and has everything you need. Beds are hard, but very comfortable to sleep on.
