Great location! 2 min from the train station. 10 min from Borgo Chianalea. Nice receptionist Paolo allowed me to check in earlier (I was lucky that my room was available). Lovely bonus - free drinking water in the room - a big 2-litre bottle!

It was quick access to the sea front. The room was spacious and the bathroom quite large. The breakfast was very good.

Given that this is a bed and breakfast rather than a hotel, the facilities were good. It was very near the beach and many restaurants nearby. Also near Station. Breakfast was pleasant with good coffees and generous refills. Staff pleasant and very helpful especially Antonini who helped us out with a lift when we were stuck. Lovely roof terrace with great views.
