1. Big, new, modern, clean and beautiful apartment. 2. Big and modern kitchen with everything we need. 3. Big and new bathroom. 4. Good location, easy to reach and not far from the city centre. 5. Very easy check-in and check-out. 6. Friendly people. 7. Self-prepared breakfast is ok for us as we could sleep longer in the morning. 8. Reasonable price compare to other. 9. Welcome fruits and beer from the owner. 10. Late check-out, could sleep longer in the morning. 11. The house located in a quiet area.

amazing good quality modern apartment. The breakfast was as described, in the fridge. There is a great swimming pool just 3 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk. There is a Aldi also 3 minutes drive. Extremely quiet.

The apartment is absolutely amazing 😍! The host was waiting for us and gave her a garage for our car! When I will be in Schwabish gmund I will book the apartment again!
