Superb breakfast, fresh and home-made. Very kind and nice hosts. Overal peace and quiet. Very easy to find, parking in front of the house. Good starting point for hiking in Rax.

We had a great time there, the family was very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Pet friendly place. If one has lots of luggage and/or old dog, better to ask for the room at the ground floor, because the elevator/lift isn’t in the old villa and the stairs maybe too high for an old dog.

The villa is beautiful. The whole building and our room especially has a very nice character. It was fun to stay in an old villa that has a special atmosphere. The room was well equipped the check in was flexible the hosts are kind and helpful. I can only recommend it!

It is a lovely house with its own stories. The owner was helpful and mood. The room was perfect for us. The breakfast was teasty, and plenty. The pleace is close to Semmering ski track. So we spent very good days here.
