All the staff was excellent, smiling and very attentive. Almost everyone speaks at least German, French and English. The facilities are great, and despite the size of the hotel, you can feel a personal approach towards the guests.

The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, the spa was wonderful and the staff could not do enough for you. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was friendly and helpful. The food and service was amazing.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in and the prices are value for money. The customer focus of the staff is outstanding - compliments to the management for their hiring and training. An all-round excellent hotel. Spa/sauna facilities are very good indeed, and for once, there is a hotel gym that is a real gym - way above the average for even high-end hotels. I enjoyed my stay a great deal and will be coming back after this experience.
