Guests arriving outside reception opening hours can check in via a check-in terminal in the entrance area. Cash payment is only possible during the reception opening hours. For more information, please contact the property. If you are using a satellite navigation system, you can enter Berliner Chausee 2 as an alternative address. Please note that there is also a parking garage available for a fee. When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Staff (when they are.....reception closes at 22:00) are very friendly. If you have a very active dynamic related with BER Airport, this is the place. It is well connected via public buses even during the whole night but with hourly schedules.

Easy connection to the airport with the bus, nice family room. It was quiet, polite staff and the lifts worked very well. Generally clean also so overall, decent value for money. There is a pizza restaurant within 350m.

Good location with bus to and from the airport for €2. The bus takes about 10 minutes to go to the airport and departs about twice per hour. It takes about an hour and 10 minutes to get to the hotel via public transport from Alexanderplatz through the airport to the hotel though this was easy. Quiet and comfy room Option of a breakfast which was sufficient Staff were nice Overall a good stay to get to the airport for a morning flight Decent value for the room
