The gentleman at the front desk was extremely kind, helpful and hospitable! I loved the size of the rooms and the fact I could feed the animals! The food was excellent at the restaurant!

It had a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The dinner we had was really good and beautifully presented. The children loved all the animals.

We stayed in the luxury tents along the river which were very comfortable. We had heaters and electric blankets for the cold and we were very comfortable. The staff checking us in were amazing. The only let down was dinner, it took forever to get our food. We were treated like 2nd class citizens because we didn’t book a table even though we did say we would be coming for dinner when we checked in. We were put into a tiny corner and kinda forgotten about. The food was disappointing and we kept having to go find the waitress when we wanted anything. Because of this, we decided not to try their breakfast as we couldn’t afford to leave later than planned as we had time restraints for other activities that we had booked in Oudtshoorn.
