- the property is very close to the Spass park. - 5 mins by car to Schlucsee and EDEKA supermarket. - the apartment was clean and the size was more or less adequate for a family of 4. - can spend time at the swimming poll or the games room.

The location is excellent, just a few hundred meters from a supermarket, restaurants and adjacent to spass park (though we didn't go in, it is just around the corner). We found the indoor pool to be very clean, quite and fun (the kids loved the water stream).
