Michael Mogler is a great host. Small, simple place but he rustles up a lovely dinner and an enormous breakfast personally if you want that (recommended). Schiltach is a picturesque, quiet fairytale-like town which we didn't know beforehand but it's a lovely base for the Black Forest and cuckoo-clock land. Great views from the bedrooms with the river running by.
