Please note that guests can only pay with pin (debit card) and cash at Hotel Graaf Bernstorff.Please note that cars are not permitted on the island.Please note the Deluxe Suite room is located 80 metres of the main hotel building.Guests can make use of the free return shuttle bus service which departs from the ferry terminal. This is only for the regular ferry. A ferry from Lauwersoog will take 45 minutes to sail to the island.

We enjoyed our stay and had a very positive overall experience. The hotel is in a great location-very convenient and easy to access, which made our trip much more comfortable. Our room was spacious, and impressively quiet, allowing us to fully relax. A special thank you to Maria at the service desk, who assisted us during check-out with a very positive and helpful attitude-it was a lovely way to end our stay. In the restaurant, Barbara and Cristo stood out for their friendliness and attentiveness. They made us feel well taken care of and added a personal touch to the experience.

The beds were really good. The children slept very well. I liked the extra towels that were provided, and the dishes and the other amenities were good.

Location is perfect in town and next to restaurants, bike rental, church, tourist office. Room was spacious and quiet, breakfast was good!
