Holiday parks Overview

With 2 swimming pools and a range of sports facilities, Casa in Maremma Tuscany Village is in the Tuscan countryside, 8 km from Follonica beach. It features well-equipped apartments with private patios.
Apartments are bright and spacious with comfortable living and dining areas. All air-conditioned, they also feature satellite TV, a bathroom with hairdryer and a kitchen or kitchenette with coffee maker.
Casa in Maremma Tuscany Village has something for everyone, with 2 floodlit tennis courts, a five-a-side football pitch and 2 basketball courts. There is also a children's playground and a kids' pool.
A buffet breakfast is available and the restaurant serves a combination of Tuscan recipes and international cuisine.
The Bar-Restaurant-Pizzeria La Maremma is always open from Easter to the end of October to offer a delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our kitchen offers typical local dishes, Italian specialities and pizza baked in a wood-fired oven. During the winter season, the restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner, except during seasonal closing periods.
Free parking is provided and the property is 5 minutes drive from Scarlino for trains to Grosseto, Pisa and Florence.

Great summer house and all village, a lot of green space around, everything was clean and it was seen that place is well managed.

I liked that it was available when I needed a place. For a family holiday it may be ok but not to our liking . Maybe better suited to a longer stay . The breakfast host was wonderful

We travel with 8year olg and 11month, we have a big villa. Big space for all we need. We was wash our clouthes and prepare diner. Breakfast was included. Pool is not very big, but good, we loved. My boy loved sparkle park. And go a little ride with car and arround there are very beautiful vinary Moris
