The hosts provided milk, bread and cookies which is always a nice touch. The property is nice and quiet and in the country which is what we wanted for our grandchildren who live in the city of London. The outhouse was a bonus as we had some quiet time there when needed. Games like croquet were provided which kept the children occupied

The location sets it apart, space, the views and peace and quiet. The hosts left us home comforts and refreshments including fresh bread. Horses and cattle in surrounding fields. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The summer house was a great place to watch the sunset. Dishwasher, great shower, beautifully kept gardens. Birdwatching was a treat for all our party, 2 years old to 68. Eggs and jam can be purchased at the farm next door.

Cottage was spotlessly clean, well equipped, warm and comfortable. The welcome pack was lovely and great to have books games and puzzles. The setting for the cottage is absolutely beautiful. An ever changing view from a frosty morning to sunshine. Lovely to watch the birds in the garden whilst cooking. Not too far from beaches, forests, moors and Scarborough. Great places to eat nearby.
