THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME HERE AND WE WERE ON THE TOP FLOOR AND THE OWNER TOLD US IF WE HAD KNOWN WOULD HAVE PUT US ON A LOWER FLOOR WITH A SEA VIEW AS IT WAS OUR ANNIVERSARY,THE NEXT TIME WE WILL DO THAT.THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD AND PROMPTLY SERVED, COULDNT FAULT IT.

Staff lovely ..location was fab although on north side it was a short walk around the back streets to the lovely pub the scarborough Arms and the South Side
