Great value for 💰 money, upgraded to sea view room, great breakfast , great location. Managed to get parking on site would definitely stay again . Paid more to stay in Whitby and Bridlington with no breakfast, no sea view.

Stayed here many times perfect location for both north and south sides. Staff always friendly and helpful. Hotel still in process of updating - decorating. But clean and comfortable. Great price.
