Unbelievably friendly hosts, Debbie and Jason offer the perfect Yorkshire hospitality in a fabulous location. You can walk to every significant tourist destination point in Scarborough from the guesthouse door, and in your room their is a folder to assist you find everything! as well as home baked treats. The next morning you will be served the best breakfast, it truly is one of the best experiences! So Highly recommended

Debbie and Jason are the friendliest most helpful. Kind hosts I've ever come across. We had room five oh and the bed was so comfortable the room had everything you would ever need , plus breakfast is excellent with good quality ingredients plus Debbie's cupcakes are to die for. My wife and I were over the moon about our recent stay at The Kensington. Debbie and Jason are the perfect hosts and we feel like we have made new friends, their hard work and attention to detail is exemplary, all the nice extras they provide,the top notch breakfasts and comfy rooms really make for a happy stay. The Kensington will be our first choice when coming to Scarborough

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, so much choice and so well prepared. Debbie's home baking was exceptional, give it a try. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Our hosts had provided tons of beverages, milk etc and the room was kept immaculate every day.
