Property is located on quite a busy road which is undergoing some development, but this wasn't a problem since the sound insulation was excellent with recently fitted double glazing and there's off-road parking. Its only a short walk to the Esplanade with superb views over South Bay and there'a a Sainsbury local less than 5minutes away on Ramshill. The property was impeccably clean when we arrived and is very well equipped, washing machine is basic, but worked well. There's a large TV in the lounge and another in the main bedroom as well as the small downstairs sub-lounge - so no need to argue about what to watch. The WiFi worked brilliantly. The off-road gated parking was a big bonus - two cars would fit easily and with one car there's enough room to turn round to avoid reversing out
