Very good polite staff very clean room good breakfast and nice bar every body was nice and helpful would stay there again and would recommend the boundry to family and friends good price for the room and value for money guest house excellent thanks

Brilliant location, especially for the Open Air Theatre and north shore. Lovely friendly owner and staff and excellent breakfast.

As ever it was just like my last stay last year. Everything was superb. The room was clean and tidy the bed comfortable and the facilities were excellent. Staff were polite and friendly Breakfast was 5-star Highly recommended
