The Scarborough Seaside Hideaway The personal touch at its best where we felt it mattered that we had the best stay. Jim and Sara are excellent proprietors. Their passion is palpable. We were welcomed with a tea tray and homemade shortbread. Having stayed in Scarborough 17 + times we came across this delightful boutique hotel by chance. The room was snug but perfectly acceptable. The attention to detail was second to none and so thoughtful. The room and bathroom were immaculate. Exquisite toiletries, soft fluffy white towels, beautiful fresh bed linen with individual touches. Nothing was too much trouble. The tea tray was replenished with added treats as well as the templespa toiletries. Onto the breakfast; - fresh coffee, home made granola, home made marmalade, homemade lemon curd and a fruit loaf that we sneakily asked if we could take with us. The cooked breakfast was very enjoyable with top ups of whatever we wanted. The location is about ten minutes walk from Peasholm Park. Parking is available and although the street has some traffic noise we weren’t disturbed in the slightest. The best place we’ve ever stayed in Scarborough ! Try it 🥰

Brilliant hosts and a beautiful place to stay ,can highly recommend the seaside hideaway if there was an 11 out of 10 they would get it everytime ,booked again for next year me and Elaine can't wait

Sarah and jim where love hosts. Very welcoming. Beautiful clean hotel. Highly decorated. Lovely comfy beds. Little extras. Great location. 5 star 🌟 breakfast. Nothing to much trouble. Will definitely be back. . Wendy and tom from bradford
