Very comfortable room with beautiful sea view. Honesty bar for evening drinks. Great attention to detail. Lovely breakfast with all gluten free options available.

Lovely property and well maintained and decorated. Great sea view from the bedroom with binoculars provided. Free on street parking. Bedroom had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Pleasant cooked breakfast plus good choice of cereals and juices. Walking distance to Scarborough Spa where you can either walk further to the beach or get the tram
